Individual approach

An individual approach to the business of our clients, CRM system to help us keep our promises. Complete information about client's business, history of the communication with the client - emails, letters, telephone conversations, contracts. All documents important for the financial reporting and for our joint work are attached in the system. Strict documents' access rights management to ensure absolute confidentiality of the information provided by our customers.

Service in Bulgarian, English and German language

All consultations, inquiry answers or financial - accounting reports could be provided in English or German language without any additional charge. The financial analyses are in the form of easy to understand presentations.

On-site visits

Scheduled visits to the client's office for easier communication between FinWork and the existing accounting department or just in order to ensure the regular running of business dependant on accounting, salaries and employment records administration or tax consultation.

Communication with institutions, suppliers and partners

We can take over the communication with tax authorities, social security authorities, as well as all the institutions within the public sector. We promptly clarify any financial and accounting issues that may arise directly with suppliers and clients (also in English and German).

Member of the Association of the Professional Accounting Companies

Since January 2009 FinWork is member of the Association of the Professional Accounting Companiess. According to its membership criterias the company should have activity as a professional accounting or auditing company, the managers of the company should have clear judical record, they have to accept the Articles of the APAC and the Ethical code of the International Fedaration of Accountants (IFAC).
With our membership in APAC we guarantee honest and correct attitude to our customers, as we become associated with the accounting companies that follow high professional ethics and principles.
